Real estate & infrastructure

Serviced land and infrastructure that make industry possible

The division assembles, services and manages land and buildings — the physical precondition for manufacturing capacity, commercial activity and stable residential supply.

Industrial land development

From raw land to production-ready sites

  • Title verification, perimeter survey and statutory documentation completed before servicing.
  • Internal roads, drainage, water and power reticulation delivered to plot boundaries.
  • Plot configurations sized for module assembly, warehousing and light manufacturing.
  • Shared amenities — security, weighbridge, staff facilities — operated at cluster level.

Infrastructure management & joint ventures

Partnership structures

Infrastructure assets are managed on a whole-life basis: planned maintenance, metered utilities and documented service levels rather than reactive repair. This preserves asset value and keeps occupancy costs predictable for industrial tenants.

We co-invest with landowners, institutional capital and development partners through joint ventures, land contribution structures and development management agreements. Each structure defines contribution, control and exit at the outset.

Land contribution ventures

Landowners contribute title; the company delivers servicing, construction and management against an agreed value split.

Development management

Third-party owners retain title while the company delivers programme management to institutional standards.

Co-investment

Institutional partners participate at project level with defined governance and reporting rights.
