Who we are
Onwuka Global Ventures Ltd is a private diversified development company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The company originates and develops assets across three divisions — industrial development, real estate and infrastructure, and technology and innovation — and holds them for the long term rather than trading them.
The group's operating thesis is straightforward: Nigeria's industrial expansion is constrained less by demand than by serviced land, reliable power, manufacturing capacity and technical skills. We build in those constraints deliberately, in phases, with each phase validated before the next is capitalised.
Our flagship initiative, Abia Solar Manufacturing, applies that method to solar module production — beginning at 25MW of annual capacity with a defined pathway to 800MW.
